Simone Biles had to withdraw from other Olympics Events due to ‘twisties’

As you might know, Biles withdrew from the competition, indicating she wanted to deal with her mental health issues. However, in an interview later, she revealed that she experienced the consequences of ‘twisties,’ an issue that breaks your mind and body synchronization.

As a result, she could not participate in different Olympic events earlier. Biles said,

It was something that was so out of my control; but the outcome I had, at end of the day, my mental and physical health is better than any medal. So I couldn’t be mad.

In addition, she expressed,

We’re not just entertainment, we’re humans. And there are things going on behind the scenes that we’re also trying to juggle with as well, on top of sports.
